BoxFab’s mission is to provide Canadian companies with innovative, eco-conscious packaging that safeguards products and supports sustainability. Canada’s paper packaging industry is substantial – valued at about USD 19.07 billion in 2025 – and growing as companies seek greener solutions. Our story begins with a deep understanding of this market and a commitment to quality manufacturing. We invest in the latest corrugation and printing technology, allowing us to produce high-quality boxes efficiently. BoxFab’s team includes engineers and designers experienced in various sectors (consumer goods, food & beverage, retail). This diversity of expertise means we know how to tailor packaging to each client’s needs.
We are especially proud of our eco-conscious approach. Facing the reality that Canadians generate about 3 million tonnes of plastic waste annually, BoxFab prioritizes recyclable and biodegradable materials. We work closely with suppliers of recycled paperboard – most Canadian packaging board now has very high recycled content – so our cardboard boxes often contain 100% recycled fibers. Our eco-films use bio-based polymers that comply with Canadian environmental standards. We also stay informed of regulatory changes: Canada’s recent Single-Use Plastics Prohibition Regulations underscore the shift to paper alternatives, and BoxFab has proactively developed products in line with these goals.
Customer partnerships are at the heart of our company. We spend time learning each client’s challenges – whether it’s protecting heavy equipment parts, keeping fresh produce crisp, or creating an attractive gift box.
